Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Denmark) Standard shipping within Denmark is delivered via [Carrier Name] in 2 - 3 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over 500DKK.

EU Shipping We ship to all EU member states. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. As an EU-based store, all prices include VAT — no additional charges at delivery. 

UK Shipping UK VAT is collected at checkout, so there are no surprise tax charges on arrival. Orders are shipped on a DAP basis — import duties (where applicable) may still be assessed by UK customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery typically takes 4 - 6 business days.

Norway Shipping Norwegian VAT (MVA) is collected at checkout under the VOEC scheme, so no VAT will be charged on arrival for eligible orders. Orders are shipped on a DAP basis — customs duties (where applicable) remain the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery typically takes 2 - 5 business days.
