Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders with standard shipping are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. DHL Express orders follow the cut-off time below. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DHL Express – Next Day Delivery
Order before 14:00 (Danish time), Monday–Friday, and your order is dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day. Orders placed after 14:00, or on weekends and Danish public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. Delivery can take longer to some destinations, and orders to non-EU countries may be delayed by customs clearance.

Domestic Shipping (Denmark)
Standard shipping within Denmark is delivered via GLS in 2–3 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over 500 DKK.

EU Shipping
We ship to all EU member states. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. As an EU-based store, all prices include VAT, with no additional charges at delivery.

UK Shipping
UK VAT is collected at checkout, so there are no surprise tax charges on arrival. Orders are shipped on a DAP basis: import duties (where applicable) may still be assessed by UK customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Standard delivery typically takes 4–6 business days.

Norway Shipping
Norwegian VAT (MVA) is collected at checkout under the VOEC scheme, so no VAT will be charged on arrival for eligible orders. Orders are shipped on a DAP basis: customs duties (where applicable) remain the responsibility of the recipient. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
