How FP insoles work
FP insoles are made from Kingfoam, a dense impact-absorbing foam. In FP's drop test, a bowling ball dropped on a regular EVA insole bounces back up. On Kingfoam, it barely moves. That bounce is the energy that would otherwise travel up your legs every time you land a jump or drop. FP says Kingfoam absorbs up to 90% of impact energy and keeps performing after repeated heavy landings, so your feet stay fresher through long sessions.
